Providing housing for chronically homeless veterans in transition to permanent housing, 26 individual bedrooms are grouped around a common kitchen, recreation room, and living spaces. This encourages residents to interact with staff and other residents and deters isolation during treatment.

The living spaces and offices for staff are grouped around a covered patio, which provides outdoor recreation, protected from the weather.
